Job Brief: We are looking for a Chinese translator for one of our client in Cambodia to interpret written and audio pieces in English language, making sure to maintain their original meaning, format and tone.

Responsibilities:

• Reading material and researching industry-specific terminology.

• Converting text and audio in Chinese to English.

• Ensuring translation conveys original meaning and tone.

• Follow up with internal team members and clients to ensure translation meets their needs

• Network with field experts to stay current on new translation tools and practices

Requirements:

• Minimum one year work experience as a translator

• Fluency in both Chinese and English languages

• Excellent proofreading skills with the ability to identify grammar, spelling and punctuation errors

• Familiarity with translation software

Location: Cambodia

Salary: $1,000 - $1,500

8 hours shift
